I want to thank everyone involved with the South Light Salon juried exhibition at The Arts Company last Saturday. It was a very productive and rewarding experience, and the crowd that night at the First Saturday Art Crawl was even greater than we had hoped for, considering the rainy weather. I am very encouraged and excited by all the well attended arts events here in Nashville! I am a native Nashvillian but have been away since college. Coming back after all these years to find a thriving and growing arts community here is a pleasant surprise, and it’s organizations such as The Arts Company, hosting these innovative events, which make it an essential part of this dynamic community. And what a great way to be introduced to so many fellow photographers!
Again, many thanks to Anne Brown of The Arts Company and all the photographers of South Light Salon for hosting this great event!
